CashGamer is a marketing service company (owned by parent Company BRAINYIDEAS) focusing on the mobile application marketplace. We are committed to maintaining privacy of your information when you use our app, and when we provide products that optimize the mobile marketplace inclusive of ads and app download environments, on behalf of our mobile application provider clients (“Clients”). This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the personal information received about you on this website & app, CashGamer (our “Mobile App”), and when providing marketing services to our application publisher Clients (our “Services”).
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT:
A. Information you directly and voluntarily provide to us: When you use certain features of our app, we may collect personally identifiable information including but not limited to your email address, paypal email address, first name, last name & photo avatar.
B. We automatically collect non-personally identifiable information such as IP addresses and usage information from you when you use our app. We also collects information about your device, including but not limited to android_id, make and model of your phone, your mobile operating system, your carrier or network, installed apps and the country code associated with your device, user location information, applications installed by user through our application. Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personally identifiable information outside of CashGamer.
Consent to the Collection & Processing of Personal Data:
When using CASHGAMER for the first time, you first have to accept our terms and conditions of use during the registration and agree to the collection & processing of your personal data by CASHGAMER. For this purpose, you have to confirm the following declaration of consent:

The data is linked to your device via the device ID (GAID or IDFA) transmitted to our servers in encrypted form. So that app providers can finance our app proposals, your device ID must be transferred to them for billing purposes. In order to measure the usage time as well as the installed apps, users can voluntarily upload screenshots from their mobile phone via the CASHGAMER, after which they will be automatically processed, evaluated, and stored in our system for your membership
The processing of the above data is required in order to be able to suggest apps available in the CASHGAMER that match your interests, propose their installation via system notifications, and allow the bonuses earned from using said apps to be calculated. I am aware that the above data results in an interest profile, which, depending on the type of apps I use, may contain particularly sensitive personal data (such as health data or data on my sexual orientation as well as any other data from special categories).

Data Processing for the Recommendation of New Apps:
To be able to recommend to you other apps that participate in CASHGAMER based on your current app preferences, a list of apps currently installed on your end device, as well as apps that you have already installed (but that you have deinstalled) in the operating system installed on your end device, including a use history of all these apps, will be sent to us.
In order to know your long-term preferences and continue to offer you interesting apps, other apps installed by you on your end device will be automatically recognized by CASHGAMER and the name of each newly installed app will be sent to us.
In addition, we will log data about the use of the apps running in the foreground of your end device and the temporal extent of the use (date, time and duration of the use of all apps).
For the logging of the user data within CASHGAMER, we measure the so-called “customer journey”. For this purpose, each click or typing of a key within CASHGAMER will be logged and linked to your profile or stored on the server.
Data Processing for the Calculation of Bonus Payments:
We also use the data about your use of the apps running in the foreground of your end device to calculate the bonuses generated by you, if you have obtained and installed these apps via CASHGAMER. For this purpose, we also log and use data about your purchases of services and virtual items within the framework of the apps used by you (in-app purchases), and about relevant in-app occurrences relevant for the calculation of the bonuses, such as level increases.
AUCTIONS (CONTESTS):
Playing Free Games on our app enables you to earn Tickets. CashGamer organizes regular free Contests daily & weekly, in which you bid your Tickets and based on the contest outcome, you may be eligible for coin prizes. In such an contest, CashGamer will display your profile picture/photo avatar, first name & last name to announce you as contest winner, this will be visible to all CashGamer users.
HOW DO WE SHARE INFORMATION:
We will not share your personally identifiable information outside of CashGamer. We may disclose information in special circumstances when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our policies or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
ADJOE PLAYTIME:
Playtime (adjoe) is a third feature that is integrated with our app. Playtime allows users to earn in-app currency by playing third-party games and collects devices' installed application lists from users. The processing of the data is necessary to recommend, via system messages, the installation of the app available in Playtime that matches users' interests and calculates the bonuses acquired as a result of users' use of the corresponding apps. REGISTRATION & AUTHENTICATION:
By registering or authenticating users; It allows CashGamer to identify and give access to dedicated services. Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, CashGamer will be able to access some data, stored by these third party services, for registration or identification purposes.
i) Google Authentication (Google, Inc.): Registration and authentication service provided by Google, Inc. and is connected to Google network. Data collected is: first name, last name, photo avatar, email address.
ANALYTICS:
We use Flurry Analytics & Singular to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on our app, and create user navigation reports for our app administrators. Singular & Firebase operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy. We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Singular & Firebase Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the app but the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify Users.
Authorization to Access Functions and Data on the End Device
In order to be able to use all functions of CASHGAMER, you may have to grant CASHGAMER permission to access certain functions and data on your device (such as access to your camera or your app library), but this depends on your device and the operating system, over which we have no influence. We will use all authorization granted by you solely for the above-named purposes, even if authorization granted (e.g. for technical reasons) theoretically enables other possible uses. You can normally (in other words, depending on your device and the installed operating system) cancel granted authorization in your device settings at any time.
IMPORTANCE:
The privacy of our users is of utmost importance to us. Any personal data you provide (e-mail address, personal ID, identification means for the site etc.) is being secured carefully and can be used only for two-way communication and providing you with the important information about your purchase and downloads, the latest updates about our policy and news.The only information we can ask you for in our app is your e-mail, first name, last name, country & photo avatar.
When you provide us with your personal data, be sure that it will not be passed to any unauthorized third party. Your personal data (including e-mail) cannot be used for any purposes including statistics, analysis and distribution. Your e-mail can be used only for important notifications, offers and reminders from our mobile app.

If you wish to access or amend any other Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained from an Integrated Service, you may contact us using the contact us button from the app and we will guide you to achieve your goal. At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database.
Please note that while any changes made will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
You may decline to share certain Personal Data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service.

We guarantee that by using our app your personal data will be protected and secured. DATA RETENTION
We only retain the Personal Data collected from a User for as long as the User’s account is active or otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. The contents of closed accounts are deleted within 3 months of the date of closure.
